CORONAVIRUS POLICY

Planning a wedding is difficult at the best of times without the added issues a pandemic brings up, so I really feel for everyone and of course the entire wedding industry. If you've been affected by Covid-19 or your wedding has been postponed and you're looking for a new photographer/videographer please be assured I will do my very best to help you.

If you're looking to book a photographer or videographer, it's very important that you can be assured that there might be flexibility in the event of new covid restrictions or illness due to covid. For this reason, please see my policy below regarding Covid 19. My policy is also clearly set out in my contract with wedding couples.

COVID-19 booking policy

If you book me as your photographer or videographer, please be assured that I will have every intention to do everything I can to ensure my coverage of your wedding goes ahead. If you're unsure of the latest government advice and regulations you can get more information here at the gov.uk site. If you book me for your wedding and it is subsequently postponed please keep in touch with me so we can plan for any eventualities. Any security deposit paid for your booking will automatically be transferred to the new booking date if we can agree one. I will do my very best to be available, depending of course on other bookings. 

What happens if I get infected and can not cover your wedding?

’ve been double jabbed and I've had my booster so I'm well protected. I do everything I can to be careful socially and maintain social distancing where possible. If for the unfortunate reason that I couldn't attend your wedding due to covid infection or isolation, I have contacts amongst other trusted photographers that I wouldn't hesitate to use as a replacement - you can be assured they will do a great job. I will still edit your photographs or video after your wedding, ensuring continuity of the processing of your images and footage.

In the highly unlikely event that I can't attend due to having contracted COVID-19 or for other Covid related problems, and I am unable to find a suitable replacement photographer to photograph your wedding, then a full refund will be given as per the terms of our contract.
